Good leaders are not solely focused on projects and the bottom line. They should also be passionate about developing their teams and bringing out the best in each individual.
The EDP leadership team has over 100 years of combined industry experience and a vested interest in developing and equipping new engineers for careers at ERCOT. The program's goal is to provide ERCOT with well-rounded and productive engineers who will become the future leaders within our industry.
Having a motivated EDP management team keeps our mission of a reliable grid at the forefront of our efforts. Members' input and training will always be top priority for the program's leaders.
