| Description: | This RRGRR incorporates the RARF Glossary spreadsheet into the Resource Registration Glossary. |
| Reason: | This RRGRR incorporates the RARF Glossary into the Resource Registration Glossary, whereby any changes proposed to the Resource Registration Glossary will be subject to review as described in Section 1.2, Process for Resource Registration Glossary Revision Request. Currently, changes to Resource Registration data do not allow for review by affected parties prior to implementation. This has resulted in confusion, conflict and compliance concerns for multiple Entities, as well as unplanned costs and labor for Entities to obtain the new information within the requested timeframe. To ensure the data requested is reasonable, necessary and obtainable, this RRGRR provides the mechanism for stakeholder review and approval. |
