CMGRR004 Document Clean-up/Questions Modified sections 2.1 & 6.1 to update the Customer Roles and Responsibilities and the Customer Programming Specifications of the Guides. Modified section 4.1 to correct the document name to match the approved TDSP tariffs. Modified section 6.3 to eliminate the reference of "non-IDR only" because some TDSP tariffs and Price to Beat rates include IDR metering. Modified section 7.1 to indicate calendar days as the timeline for the customer to provide a competitive replacement meter. The initial document had both calendar and business days for the same timeline. Modified section 7.2 to be consistent with 7.1 for the Agreement to be posted to the ERCOT Competitive Metering web page. Modified section 7.3 to delete the reference to using the TMA form for TDSP owned meters based on PUCT approval of the TDSP tariffs. Adds an Impact Analysis requirement to Competitive Metering Guide revision request process; 2. Outlines the process for withdrawing a CMGRR; 3. Outlines the process for RMS to reject a CMGRR; 4. Requires ERCOT Board approval of the Project Priority ranking assigned to CMGRRs; 5. Authorizes ERCOT staff to implement Administrative CMGRRs as directed by RMS; and 6. CMGRR008 Administrative Changes for May 1, 2008 Competitive Metering Guides This Administrative Competitive Metering Guide Revision Request (CMGRR) makes a number of administrative changes to the Competitive Metering Guides (CMG). The CMGRR: (A) updates instructions for subscribing and unsubscribing to the Retail Metering Working Group (RMWG) e-mail distribution list; (B) updates instructions for accessing certain forms on the ERCOT website; (C) in the description of the process for approving new meters to be added to the Qualified Competitive Meter List or changes to meter firmware or functionality for meters currently on that list, changes "Customer's meter representative" to the defined term "Customer's agent" consistent with relevant forms; and (D) reflects the renaming of the Competitive Metering Working Group (COMET or COMETWG) to the RMWG. 04/15/2008 ERCOT No 1.2.6, 4.1, 13, 14, 17.4.7, 18.1 Approved

CMGRR010 Synchronization of Competitive Metering Guide with PRR804, Revisions to Section 21 Appeal Process This Competitive Metering Guide Revision Request (CMGRR) revises Section 17 to provide that if a motion to approve a revision request fails, the revision request shall be deemed rejected by the body considering it and subject to appeal, unless at the same meeting that body later votes to recommend approval, remand, or refer the revision request. CMGRR011 Revisions for Texas Nodal Market Implementation and Synchronization with PRR821 This Competitive Metering Guide Revision Request (CMGRR) revises the CMG in anticipation of Texas Nodal Market implementation. Revisions will be grey-boxed until the Texas Nodal Market Implementation Date (TNMID) where appropriate. This CMGRR also revises Section 17, Process for Competitive Metering Guide Revisions, to more effectively align with the current stakeholder process, consistent with revisions made to the Protocols pursuant to Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 821, Update of Section 21, Process for Protocol Revision, and with other existing language in Protocol Section 21.
