During the May 01, 2024 16:30 – 19:30 outage window, report publishing will be unavailable, including the following:
- Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
- Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and EWS
During the May 02, 2024 16:30 – 19:30 outage window, all services available through the Market Information System (MIS) will be unavailable, including the following:
- Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
- Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and EWS
- Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
- Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface
- Find ESIID and Find Transaction
- Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
- Extract Subscriber
- Service Requests
- ERCOT.com

During the May 06, 2024 16:30 – 19:00 outage window, Market Participants may experience intermittent issues with the following services:
Components of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS), including:
- Report Publishing to the MIS
- Downloading of extracts and reports from MIS and External Web Services (EWS)
- ERCOT.com dashboards and displays
- Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM)
- Market submissions and requests via Web Services, Market Manager, and Outage Scheduler
- Current Day Report (CDR) report publishing and downloading, which may cause the following reports to be unavailable:
- SCED and RTD Reports
- NSA Active and Inactive Constraint Reports
- State Estimator Reports
- Real-Time Dynamic Rating Data Reports
- Wind Power Production - Actual 5-Minute Averaged Values
- Solar Power Production - Actual 5-Minute Averaged Values
Note that the outage start times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Reports will be rerun and reposted as applicable. ERCOT.com dashboard displays will not be populated with data during the May 06, 2024 16:30 – 19:00 timeframe.
