SHORT DESCRIPTION: PUCT Order in Docket No. 48366, requesting input on Policy Questions

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Small Public Power Group of Texas (SPPG) filed an appeal with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) on May 14, 2018 (the "Appeal"), regarding the ERCOT Board of Directors' decision to deny SPPG's appeal of NOGRR 149, which involves ERCOT’s Definition of “Transmission Operator.”  The Appeal is currently pending before the PUCT in Docket No. 48366.  During the PUCT's Open Meeting on August 8, 2019, the Commissioners expressed interest in hearing input from Market Participants regarding policy issues involved in the Appeal.  On August 14, 2019, the PUCT issued an Order Requesting Information and Briefing (the "Order") which identified certain Policy Questions and set a deadline of August 30, 2019, for interested parties to file briefing on any of the listed Policy Questions.   

ACTION REQUIRED: If you are interested in participating, then file responsive briefing with the PUCT regarding the Policy Questions listed on page 5 of the Order by August 30, 2019.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The PUCT's Order is attached to this Market Notice and contains greater detail regarding the policy concerns identified by the PUCT.
