SHORT DESCRIPTION: On October 17, 2019 ERCOT’s ETOD website will be decommissioned.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Competitive Retailers (CRs) and Transmission Service Providers (TDSPs)
DAYS AFFECTED: October 17, 2019
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT’s ETOD, formerly used to complete Retail Flight Testing, has been replaced by the FlighTrak application (https://testsa.ercot.com/workcenter/).
Necessary processing data has been ported to the FlighTrak application. ERCOT requests that Market Participants:
- Review the specifications in FlighTrak for your organization to ensure accuracy, and
- Review information currently available on ETOD to ensure your organization has a copy prior to the decommission date.
The "FlighTrak User’s Guide" is located on the Texas Retail Market Testing page on the ERCOT website. Production Specification information is found in Section 7 of this guide.
ACTION REQUIRED: Review Production Specifications in the FlighTrak application and copy any information needed from ETOD.
