LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing planned maintenance of the Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) and Retail Market Test Environment (RMTE) on October 9, 2019 from 14:00 - 17:00.  During the maintenance window, MOTE and RMTE will be unavailable.
