SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to the Generic Limits for the Panhandle Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has completed an updated assessment of generic limits associated with the Panhandle Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC). Included in the assessment are updated WSCR and VSAT limits and new dynamic voltage stability limits.  

The purpose of this Market Notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of the update to the projected values for the Panhandle GTC limits.

Details associated with all existing GTCs can be found on the ERCOT MIS Secure Area in the Generic Transmission Limits portlet.  A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
