SHORT DESCRIPTION: Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application outage due to upgrade delayed
INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)
DAYS AFFECTED: March 28, 2025, 16:00 - 19:00
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is delaying the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) upgrade from February 28th to March 28th to allow for additional testing. User Security Administrators (USAs) will experience intermittent Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) service interruptions while the MPIM application is being upgraded. USAs will not be able to access the MPIM application or download certificates during this time. Additionally, the URL will be updated.
ACTION REQUIRED: Those who have the MPIM application bookmarked will need to update the URL. Otherwise, no action is required. The MPIM application link will be updated on the Market Information System (MIS). The original notice was sent January 29, 2025.
