SHORT DESCRIPTION: “No Concurrent licenses are available” being reported in MarkeTrak

INTENDED AUDIENCE: TDSPs and LSEs

DAYS AFFECTED: February 11, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received reports of users receiving the message “No Concurrent licenses are available” in the MarkeTrak application.  Peak user counts have subsided and the application remains available.  Mitigation steps are being investigated.
