SHORT DESCRIPTION: Energy Storage Resource single model names posted for use in RTC+B

LONG DESCRIPTION: In support of transitioning to the single model Energy Storage Resource (ESR) as part of the Real-Time Co-optimization plus Batteries (RTC+B) go-live in December 2025, ERCOT has posted the "single model name" for each existing ESR.  These single model ESR names were assigned by ERCOT and should be used by both Resource Entities (REs) and Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) in the RTC+B Market trials and continue to be used when RTC+B goes-live.  This transition was discussed at the February 7, 2025, RTC+B Task Force (RTCBTF) meeting and described that ESRs (which are currently modeled as both a Generation Resource (GR) and a Controllable Load Resource (CLR)) will use the new single model names for RTC+B Market trials purposes beginning on May 5, 2025, and then for all purposes going forward beginning with RTC+B go-live on December 5, 2025.  In other words, beginning with RTC+B go-live, the GR and CLR names should no longer be used.

The naming file is posted on the RCTBTF home page under the Key Documents section and listed as "Single Model ESR Names".
