SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices for Interest Payments on Securitization Uplift Charge Escrow Deposits

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Counter-Parties

DAYS AFFECTED:  March 13-14, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION:  In accordance with Protocol Section 27.5.3(1)(d), Means of Satisfying Securitization Uplift Charge Initial Invoice Credit Requirements, ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices containing interest accrued on Escrow Deposits for the year 2024 for Counter-Parties (CPs) with Securitization Uplift Charge Escrow deposits posted with ERCOT.

Per Servicing Agreement Subchapter N, ERCOT will distribute the interest on March 14, 2025, in the following manner:

• CPs will receive a wire transfer for interest due unless the CP uses its Cash Collateral accounts for all its ERCOT invoices, in which case the interest will be paid to the CP’s Cash Collateral account.

ERCOT will report interest payments on IRS Form 1099.

ERCOT invests Cash Escrow in accordance with the Texas Electric Market Stabilization Funding N LLC Trust Indenture.
