SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for Chisholm Grid LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: Comments Due May 1, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 10, 2025, ERCOT received a NSO from Chisholm Grid LLC for the following Generation Resources:

• Chisholm Grid LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1)

The NSO indicates that, as of May 1, 2026, Chisholm Grid LLC will temporarily suspend operation of the Generation Resources for a period of not less than 20 months and not greater than 32 months due to some reason other than a Forced Outage. The NSO further indicates that the Generation Resources have a Summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 101.7 MW and a Summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating of 0 MW. 

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol section 3.14.1.2(1), ERCOT has posted the NSO on the ERCOT website, where NSOs may be accessed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please send any comments you may have regarding the NSO to RMRcomments@ercot.com, with “Chisholm Grid LLC (CHISMGRD_BES1, CHISMGRD_LD1) NSO” in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than May 1, 2025.  All comments will be posted to the Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
