SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT requests user feedback on mobile app and website redesign

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Public Users and Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: Register by February 15, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is seeking users willing to provide feedback on the ERCOT mobile app and the ERCOT website (ercot.com). ERCOT is beginning redesign work on both the mobile app and the website and, over the course of the projects, would appreciate feedback from ERCOT Market Participant users as well as the public. Those willing to participate will be contacted periodically to provide input on possible new enhancements via surveys, user testing sessions, and optional focus group meetings.

ACTION REQUIRED: Email userexperience@ercot.com to be added to the group of individuals who are willing to be contacted for user experience testing and feedback. Please email no later than February 15, 2024.
