SHORT DESCRIPTION: Resolved: ERCOT has received reports from several Market Participants that they are unable to submit MarkeTrak Issues. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All TDSP and LSEs

DAYS AFFECTED: February 10, 2025 8:00am - 1:00pm

LONG DESCRIPTION: Resolved:  ERCOT is investigating reports of issues with submissions in the MarkeTrak Issue Resolution application.  A configuration error resulted in the application being accessible but not allowing updates.  This has been corrected.
