SHORT DESCRIPTION: Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for City of Garland (SPNCER_SPNCE_4, SPNCER_SPNCE_5)

DAY AFFECTED: December 1, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: On March 31, 2025, ERCOT received a NCGRD for the following Generation Resources:

• City of Garland (SPNCER_SPNCE_4)
• City of Garland (SPNCER_SPNCE_5)

The NCGRD indicates that as of December 1, 2025, the Mothballed Generation Resources will change its start date of Seasonal Operation Period from April 2 to March 1.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.9(2) the NCGRD is posted on the ERCOT website at the ERCOT Market Information List (EMIL) webpage, where Notice of Change of Generation Resource Designations may be accessed.
