SHORT DESCRIPTION: 2024 Second Request for Information to Transmission Operators related to Reliability Standard Magnitude

LONG DESCRIPTION: On September 16, 2024, ERCOT issued a Request for Information (RFI) to each Transmission Operator (TO) in the ERCOT Region requesting information related to the magnitude criterion of the reliability standard established by 16 Texas Administrative Code § 25.508.  ERCOT is issuing a second RFI today to TOs to further clarify how the initial RFI responses were developed.  That second RFI is posted to the Market Information System (MIS) for each TO.  The generic PDF and associated Excel spreadsheet of the RFI are attached to this Market Notice.

ACTION REQUIRED: Each TO in the ERCOT Region must send ERCOT its response to the RFI by 5:00 PM on November 21, 2024.
