SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Miscellaneous Invoices associated with the Resolution of ADR No. 2024-GEO-01

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE and CRRAH Settlement Personnel

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol Section 9.14.10 (1)(g), ERCOT is issuing Miscellaneous Invoices that contain billable amounts associated with the resolution of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) No. 2024-GEO-01 as described in Market Notice M-A102524-01, Resolution of ADR Proceedings between ERCOT and Geodesic 1 LLC.  The charges and payments associated with this ADR resolution are allocated using the method outlined in paragraphs (2) through (4) of Section 9.19.1, Default Uplift Invoices for the Operating Month of October 2023.

ACTION REQUIRED: Payments are due to ERCOT on or before November 15, 2024.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Miscellaneous Invoices (EMIL ID COMS-746-SG, Report ID 11100) are available on the certified area of the Market Information System (MIS) website.
