SHORT DESCRIPTION: Extension of Emergency Response Service Offer Submission Deadline for the December 2024-March 2025 Standard Contract Term

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)

DAYS AFFECTED: November 11, 2024 and November 13, 2024

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has experienced issues validating certain Emergency Response Service (ERS) Resource Identification (ERID) information submissions for the December 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 Standard Contract Term (SCT) and requires additional time to complete such validations.  Accordingly, the deadline to submit ERS Offers has been extended to 5:00 PM on November 13, 2024.  ERCOT has posted an updated procurement schedule reflecting the extended deadline to the Emergency Response Service page on the ERCOT website.

QSEs may make Offer Submissions on behalf of potential ERS Resources for the December 2024-March 2025 SCT through this extended deadline.  ERS Offers previously submitted in response to the Request for Proposal for the December 2024-March 2025 SCT remain valid and no additional action is required for such existing offers to be considered.

ACTION REQUIRED: The deadline to submit ERS Offers is extended to 5:00 PM on November 13, 2024.  No additional action is required for previously submitted ERS Offers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Aside from the extension to the deadline to submit ERS Offers, the remaining deadlines in the procurement schedule remain the same.  ERS award notifications for the December 2024-March 2025 SCT will be posted to the Market Information System by November 22, 2024.
