SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reliability analysis status for CPS Energy (BRAUNIG_VHB1, BRAUNIG_VHB2, BRAUNIG_VHB3)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: March 31, 2025 and thereafter

LONG DESCRIPTION: On March 13, 2024, ERCOT received three (3) Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSOs) for the following Generation Resources:

• CPS Energy (BRAUNIG_VHB1, BRAUNIG_VHB2, BRAUNIG_VHB3)

The NSOs indicate that, as of March 31, 2025, the Generation Resources will indefinitely suspend operations.

Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol Section 3.14.1.2, ERCOT has been conducting its reliability analysis.  ERCOT has not completed its reliability analysis and will need additional time to complete the assessment.
