SHORT DESCRIPTION: 2025 Annual Constraint Management Plans Review

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities. 

DAYS AFFECTED: March 6, 2025

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is initiating its annual Constraint Management Plans Review, which includes Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), Mitigation Plans (MPs), Pre-Contingency Action Plans (PCAPs), and Automatic Mitigation Plans (AMPs). 

ERCOT is requesting Transmission Operators and/or Resource Entities with Transmission Facilities to submit any planned transmission equipment outages that are expected to last 30 days or longer in the Summer of 2025 (June 1st through September 30th). Please submit this information to ERCOT (ras_cmp@ercot.com) by March 6, 2025. For the CMP review process, ERCOT prefers the IDEV format to provide planned transmission equipment outage model information.

ACTION REQUIRED: Provide any planned transmission equipment outages that are expected to last for 30 days or longer in the Summer of 2025 (June 1st through September 30th) by March 6, 2025. Submit these outages in an IDEV format file to ras_cmp@ercot.com.
