SHORT DESCRIPTION: Identified issue resolved for reports containing hourly solar forecast and hourly wind forecast related information.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has implemented a fix for the previously identified issue with the Hourly System-wide and Regional Wind Forecasts by Model report (NP4-442-CD | Rpt ID 19385) and Hourly System-Wide and Regional Solar Forecasts by Model report (NP4-443-CD | Rpt ID 21811). All reports posted from 8:55 PM on January 9, 2025 forward are fully populated with the expected data sets including the 'System_Total' Region forecast values and the 'In Use Flag' for the selected model forecast.
