SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of a Payment Plan with Short-Paying Invoice Recipient

DAYS AFFECTED: April 23, 2021 - December 30, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 23, 2021, ERCOT entered into a payment plan with Hanwha Energy USA Holdings Corp dba 174 Power Global (Hanwha), a short-paying Invoice Recipient, to enable ERCOT to collect outstanding amounts from Hanwha totaling $65,352,073.98 (final payment due by December 30, 2021), and pay short-paid Market Participants. The payment plan and supporting details will also be posted to the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area in accordance with ERCOT Protocol Section 9.19(f), and on the February 2021 Extreme Weather Event landing page of the ERCOT website.
