LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to improving system conditions in the ERCOT Region, ERCOT has ended its request with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for enforcement discretion for air permit limit exceedances at generation facilities, as detailed in Market Notice M-A071822-01.

TCEQ has confirmed that enforcement discretion for generation facilities will end at 9 p.m. Central Prevailing Time today.
