Description: | This Nodal Operating Guides Revision Request (NOGRR), along with NPRR939, allows ERCOT to manually deploy Load Resources other than Controllable Load Resources providing Responsive Reserve (RRS) to maintain a minimum 500 MWs of Physical Responsive Capability (PRC) reserves on Generation Resources to continuously balance the Demand with supply while maintaining the stable grid frequency for smaller disturbances. |
