Description: This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) clarifies that the issuance of an Operating Condition Notice (OCN), Advisory, or Watch does not mean that ERCOT is operating in an Emergency Condition, and it makes a few minor associated clarifications.
Reason: Market Participants’ clear understanding of ERCOT’s communication processes both prior to and during an Emergency Condition is necessary in order to maintain reliability of the ERCOT System.
