R. 25.502, Pricing Safeguards in Markets Operated by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, in PUCT Project No. 46369, Rulemaking Relating to Reliability Must-Run Service (RMR). More specifically, this NPRR proposes new Protocol language to address numerous issues related to the solicitation and operation of Must-Run Alternative (MRA) Service. |
