    Sections: 2.4.3
Description: This Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) reduces the comment period for PGRRs from 21 days to 14 days and removes the requirement for the comment period to end at least three Business Days prior to the next regularly scheduled Planning Working Group (PLWG) meeting.
Reason: As a result of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) structural and process review, TAC requested ERCOT staff to draft an NPRR to reduce the comment period for NPRRs to 14 days. Since PGRRs have a similar initial comment period, proposed revisions to Planning Guide revision process are included in this PGRR to align with the Nodal Protocol revision process.
