| Description: | Currently, the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) interface allows for manual, discrete data entering. This System Change Request (SCR) would implement a file upload/download feature for bilateral CRR transactions via the CRR interface. |
| Reason: | The current process is overly burdensome to both Market Participants and ERCOT. The current manual process also is susceptible to data entering errors. Implementing a file upload/download feature for entering bilateral CRR transactions will reduce errors and save time for both ERCOT and Market Participants. |
