ERCOT has identified a need to perform a price correction for the Market Clearing Prices for Capacity (MCPCs) for the Supplemental Ancillary Service Market (SASM) for Responsive Reserve Service (RRS) ran on Nov. 11, 2023. This was due to a software issue which resulted in the SASM not using the most up to date Ancillary Service offers. ERCOT has determined that the impact to MCPCs meets the criteria for price correction in accordance with ERCOT Protocol Section 6.3(5).
