LPGRR032 Profile Decision Tree Changes for Advanced Meters This change specifies a meter data type assignment of ‘IDR’ and a Profile Segment assignment other than ‘IDRRQ’ for Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with Advanced Meters. For ESI IDs that have a meter data type of IDR (includes Advanced Meters and IDRs), the default weather sensitivity code assignment is changed to ‘weather sensitive’. For simplicity, this change treats all ESI IDs that have a meter data type of ‘IDR’ in the same manner. The default weather sensitivity code assignment is not retroactive. 10/10/2008 Ernie Podraza on behalf of the Profiling Working Group (PWG) No Appendix D: Profile Decision Tree Approved

LPGRR034 Profile Model Spreadsheets - Calendar Extension and Delete Unused Models This Load Profiling Revision Request (LPGRR) replaces version 2.2 of the profile model spreadsheets in Appendix E, with version 2.3. This update extends the variables on the Calendar, Holidays, and Sun tabs of all applicable load profile model spreadsheets 10 years - from the current maximum of 2010 to 2020. The variables in question are used by ERCOT in the generation of forecasted and backcasted Load Profiles. This change also deletes the BUSIDRRG and RESIDRRG profile model spreadsheets, which were approved but never implemented due to changes in how Profile IDs are assigned for sites that have Advanced Metering. 06/24/2009 Ernie Podraza on behalf of the Profiling Working Group (PWG) No Appendix E: Profile Model Spreadsheets Approved

LPGRR035 Addition of Time Of Use Schedules (TOUS) to Profiles with Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter Data Type Codes for Advanced Meters This LPGRR revises the Profile Decision Tree to include Profile IDs that allow Time Of Use Schedules (TOUS) for AMS meters. When 15-minute interval settlement begins for AMS meters, the meter data type codes for Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with AMS meters will be converted to Interval Data Recorders (IDRs). This request enables ESI IDs with AMS meters to have IDR meter data type codes and Oncor’s TOUS (TOU01, TOU02, and TOU13). It also allows AMS meters with Oncor TOUS to remain Non-Interval Data Recorder (Non-IDR) until such time as the proposed Profile IDs are implemented by ERCOT. 09/14/2009 Chris Rowley with TXU Energy Yes Appendix D: Profile Decision Tree Approved

LPGRR037 Replace Wording Truncated from LPGRR035 This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) revises the Profile Decision Tree to include wording that was truncated by Microsoft Excel 2003© during the processing of LPGRR035, Addition of Time Of Use Schedules (TOUS) to Profiles with Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter Data Type Codes for Advanced Meters, before LPGRR035 was approved. Some of the truncated wording was from a previously-approved version of the Profile Decision Tree, while proposed wording was truncated as well. The proposed wording that was truncated was related to allowing Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with Advanced Metering Service (AMS) meters to have IDR meter data type codes and Oncor’s TOUS (TOU01, TOU02, and TOU13). It also allows AMS meters with Oncor TOUS to remain non-IDR until such time as the proposed Load Profile IDs are implemented by ERCOT. 12/30/2009 PWG Yes Appendix D Approved

LPGRR065 Related to NPRR881, Annual Validation Process Revisions This Load Profiling Revision Request (LPGRR) creates market efficiencies by reducing the Residential (RES) validations requirements from being an annual to an every third year market event, and removes unnessecary Load Profile Model approval process language This revision request greatly reduces the volumes of 814_20 Texas Standard Electronic Transactions (TX SET) for Residential Annual Validation that would have been communicated through ERCOT and Market Participants’ systems. The results of these changes help to reduce cost associated with numerous resouces required to manage and also provide system’s support of these Residential Annual Validation tranactions when processed yearly. 06/20/2018 CenterPoint Energy / TXU Energy No 8.5 (delete), 11, 11.2.1, 11.3, 19.1, and Appendix D (new) Approved

LPGRR067 Profile Decision Tree Revisions This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) streamlines the assignment of oil and gas profiles by eliminating current processes which are no longer applicable. This LPGRR: 1) Only validates weather sensitivity for Non-Interval Data Recorder (NIDR) Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) that request the Oil & Gas Flat (OGFLT) Profile; 2) Removes the “TOU Schedules” and “Non-ERCOT Profile IDs” worksheets; 3) Changes the Distributed Generation (DG) Profile Segment assignment process where the Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) assigns the DG Profile Segment for residential and business profiles and reports the assignment to ERCOT. 04/08/2020 ERCOT No Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Segment Assignment; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – TOU Schedules (delete); Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Oil & Gas; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Non-ERCOT Profile IDs (delete) Approved

LPGRR068 Add BUSLRG and BUSLRGDG Profile Types This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) adds two new PROFILETYPECODEs to be used for Premises billed on a 4-Coincident Peak (4-CP) tariff where the Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) can support a 4-CP billing rate with an Advanced Metering System (AMS) profile. BUSLRG will be created for Premises that do not have Distributed Generation (DG) and BUSLRGDG will be created for those Premises that do have DG. Existing BUSIDRRQ will remain an option for Premises billed on a 4-CP tariff. 02/15/2021 ERCOT No 19.1; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Definitions; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Segment Assignment; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Valid Profile IDs Approved

LPGRR069 Add Lubbock Zip Codes and Clarify BUSIDRRQ/BUSLRG (DG) Assignments This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) adds Lubbock Power & Light’s (LP&L’s) Service Address Zip Codes to the Load Profiling Guide and updates the ERCOT service territory map to include Lubbock County. Additionally, the LPGRR corrects several instances in which zip code counts were inadvertently omitted in the Count column by numbering and renumbering as necessary the affected zip code counts. This LPGRR also addresses the clarification needed for segment assignment of LP&L’s BUSIDRRQ/BUSLRG (DG) Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) due to LP&L currently not offering a 4-Coincident Peak (4-CP) tariff. Adding language will require an Interval Data Recorder (IDR) Meter for any ESI IDs which have a peak Demand greater than 700 kW or kVA. 08/18/2022 ERCOT No Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Weather Zones; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – ZipToZone; Appendix D, Profile Decision Tree – Segment Assignment Approved
