Description:	This Load Profiling Guide Revision Request (LPGRR) introduces Load Profile Model spreadsheets for NMFLAT (Non-Metered Flat) and BUSOGFLT (Business Oil & Gas Flat) Profile Types in the Load Profiling Guide (LPG) Appendix E, Profile Model Spreadsheets.
Reason:	Though a flat Load Profile Type has been in effect since Market Open, a Load Profile Model spreadsheet of such did not exist due to the simplistic nature of the Load Profile. With the approval of the BUSOGFLT Profile Type, Load Profile Model spreadsheets of the flat Load Profile Models were created to provide clarification.
