Resource Cost Working Group

The Resource Cost Working Group (RCWG) is charged through the Wholesale Market Subcommittee (WMS) with establishing the business policies and procedures necessary to accurately evaluate Resource costs, including variable and fixed costs, that are used in ERCOT. The RCWG will also develop procedures and guidelines for establishing generic Resource performance efficiency ratings, as well as, related issues as directed by WMS.
