At 13:30, ERCOT has updated the AAN for a possible future Emergency Condition of reserve capacity deficiency on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at HE 1800 and HE 1900, based on changed conditions. QSEs have updated their Resource COPs and the Outage Scheduler. At this time, ERCOT no longer shows a MW deficiency due to voluntary outage rescheduling and will not be issuing an OSA. ERCOT has posted an updated AAN Planning Assessment for reference.
