Antitrust Admonition
ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, please see the Client Relations desk to receive a copy.

Texas SET Procedures:  

•   Motion for the change controls was worded as all being part of Texas SET 4.0 however the SAC 04 codes were intended to be earlier so we will be asking RMS to vote on a new implementation date for those codes at the Jan. 19th meeting.

TX SET Issues and Change Controls:

·         Change Control 750 Add new SAC04 codes to the 810_02 transaction  

o   Found that DSC005 was already taken so need to shift the new DSC codes one digit

·         Change Control 741:  Adding a priority code to the 814_24 to allow for same day requests to be processed at a different level from standard Move Outs

o   Discuss possible solutions for priority processing as discussed at last month’s Texas SET Meeting

Testing Updates:  

•     Updated Texas Market Test Plan 

Other Business:  

•         Election of 2011 Officers

  o   Texas SET Chair and Vice-Chair are elected following the January RMS meeting.  Since the Jan SET meeting is before RMS we will need to have our election at the Feb 9^th meeting.
