Antitrust Admonition
ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, please see the Client Relations desk to receive a copy.

Consolidation of TTPT under Texas SET:  

  Rview responsibilites of TTPT and discuss options for consolidation

TX SET Leadership Elections:  

·         Texas SET Procedures for Election of Officers

 

    •   Chair and Vice-chair will be elected to one (1) term following the January RMS meeting.
    1.  Nominations will be made from the floor or by email to the current Texas SET Chair prior to meeting/election date
    2. Officers can serve consecutive terms, if re-elected
    3. Each company in attendance at the election meeting shall have one (1) vote.
    4. The successful candidate must receive a majority of the votes to be elected
    5.  The RMS subcommittee must confirm elected officers
    6. Candidates must be present to be elected
    7. Company representative must be present to vote
    8. No proxies

TTPT Leadership Elections:  

·         TTPT Procedures for Election of Officers

 

    •   Elections are held at the January meeting
    • Chair and Vice-chair will be elected to one (1) term
    • Nominations are made by email or from the floor
    • Nominations can be made until the time of voting
    • Nominations are to be sent to the current TTPT Chair, current Vice Chair and an independent ERCOT Representative
    • Officers can serve consecutive terms
    • The successful candidate must receive the most votes to be elected
    • Any company can vote, provided the company had representation at one TTPT meeting in the previous twelve months
    • Each company has one vote per position
    • Companies must attend the voting meeting in-person or via teleconference to vote
    • Votes from parties calling in will be sent to a neutral party during the voting meeting.
    •  ERCOT and the PUCT are not permitted to vote
    • The RMS subcommittee must confirm the elected TTPT officers

PENDING ISSUES

  • I087:   Puct substantive rule §25.493 (e) states that ERCOT shall develop procedures to facilitate the expeditious transfer of large numbers of customers from one rep to another.
     
    •    Review proposed RMGRR as developed at December Texas SET
  •  I104: Add additional SAC04 Codes for Transition Charges Off Allowanace, Credits, and Weather Events
