Anti-Trust Admonition
ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.

Future Meetings
All meeting for 2005 will be the Wednesday after the ROS meeting as the ROS is currently scheduled with the exception of the March meeting. The March meeting will be held in Taylor on March 7th from 08:00 to Noon prior to the start of the rehearsal presentations for the Annual ERCOT Operator Training Seminar. Note:March 7th and June 22nd will be in Taylor. All other meetings will be at the Met Center.
