• RMS agreed to leave NPRR796, Extended Character Set Clean Up, Update all the TX SET Implementation Guides to allow the receiver of the transaction containing Special Characters to determine to either accept the transaction or to respond with a valid rejection tabled pending updates to Change Control 2017-805.

• RMS approved the Impact Analysis (IA) for 144RMGRR-01 Elimination of REP-Specific Switch Hold Lists 121316.

• RMS approved 145RMGRR-01 Appendix for a Mass Customer List (MCL) 010617

• Update all Scripts to replace "MCTDSP" with "MOU/EC TDSP"
