Antitrust Admonition - ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, please send an email to Suzy Clifton at sclifton2@ercot.com to receive a copy.

  •  134: Non-CSA CR sends a MVO with the indicator for bypass CSA at ERCOT. Non CSA CR is not always the owner of the CSA, causing the ESI ID to become de-energized without CSA CRs knowledge.

o   Continue discussions around a possible protocol change to Section 15

o   What are REPs doing with the TX SET 650_04 transactions when they receive them for planned outages, if anything?   If REPs are doing anything with the information would they be willing to share that information with the TDSPs and/or TX SET?
