192 - Combustion Turbine Governor Performance Test Forms: This OGRR adds two new sections describing Combustion Turbine Governor Performance Testing Procedures based on actual and historical data. This OGRR provides additional instruction and submittal forms for Combustion Turbine Governor Performance Testing. (Posted February 8, 2007. To date OGRTF, Calpine, PSEG Texgen I, Tenaska, and TXU have provided comments)193 - System Voltage Profile Clarification: This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) proposes language to clarify that the ERCOT calculated Voltage Profile is the normally desired scheduled voltage for the specified transmission bus. This OGRR clarifies that the Voltage Profile, calculated and studied by ERCOT, is the normally desired scheduled voltage for the specified transmission bus that a generator or generators at that bus are to maintain. However, the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) has the authority to deviate, for a specified time period; from the normally desired scheduled voltage should the system conditions dictate such deviation. (Posted March 2, 2007. T date TXU-ED and LCRA have provided comments)
