·         238OGRR WGR Primary Frequency Response.  The revision includes: new procedures for testing Wind-powered Generation Resource (WGR) Primary Frequency Response (new section 6.2.1.7); a new definition that applies testing of WGRs to the aggregation of all WGRs at a site; some clarifying wording for all generator’s Primary Frequency Response design requirements (2.2.5, Turbine Speed Governors); and a general change of governor to Governor in recognition of the fact that Governor is now a defined term in the protocols. ·         034NOGRR Rescind Telemetry Performance Calculation Exclusions.  This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) proposes the removal of language which allows Market Participants to, at their discretion, have any of their Telemetry Performance data excluded from the periodic calculations in the Telemetry Performance Monitoring Program. ·         036NOGRR Synchronization - with PRR821 and PRR804. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) synchronizes the Nodal Operating Guides with PRR821, Update of Section 21, Process for Protocol Revision, and PRR804, Revisions to Section 21 Appeal Process.  Specifically, this NOGRR revises Section 1.3 to more effectively align with the current stakeholder process and to provide that if a motion to approve a request fails, the revision request shall be deemed rejected by the body considering it and subject to appeal, unless at the same meeting that body later votes to recommend approval, remand, or refer the revision request.  Changes were made to bring consistency between the NOGRR process, where applicable; remove arbitrary or conflicting timelines; clarify commenting process; expand on a revision request being deemed rejected to include email voting for the Reliability and Operations Subcommittee (ROS) and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC); and include formatting and administrative changes. ·         037NOGRR Synchronization with OGRR217 Relay Misoperation Report Format Change. This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) changes the format for reporting yearly relay misoperations from a report format to a data format.  [SPWG] First time language review

·         243OGRR Disturbance Monitoring Requirements Clarification. This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) changes data recording and reporting requirements for equipment operating at 100kV or above at Facilities where fault recording equipment is required. ·         146NPRR ICCP Telemetry Information Submittals. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) changes the ICCP telemetry information submittal from 90 days to 14 days. [AEP] ROS requested review of this NPRR and review ERCOT comments of 4/6/10

·         219NPRR Resolution of Alignment Items A33, A92, A106, and A150 - TSPs Must Submit Outages for Resource Owned Equipment and Clarification of Changes in Status of Transmission Element Postings. This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) will require the Resource Entity to designate a Transmission Service Provider (TSP) as the responsible Entity that will manage Outage Scheduler entries for the Resource Entity for Transmission Elements owned by the Resource other than the outage of the Generation or Load Resource itself.  This NPRR will also require all changes or expected changes in the status of Transmission Facilities to be in the Outage Scheduler to ensure that all Outages in the Outage Scheduler are provided to the Market Information System (MIS).
