Antitrust Admonition
ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, copies are available at the Client Services desk.

Change Control Call: 9:05AM on 5/13/2011 Texas SET Issues and Change Controls:

•  Change Controls to be discussed:2011-781: The Critical Care Change Controls have been consolidated into this Change Control.  This Change Control replaces 2010-738, 2010-757, 2010-764, 2010-765, 2010-767, 2010-773, and 2010-774. NOTE: Previously tabled at Apr. 20 RMS meeting.
• 2011-782: Add the DUP reject code to be a valid rejection reason in the 650_02 transaction to indicate a duplicate 650_01 was received by the TDSP. Also clarifying DC005 Disconnect due to tampering is really a "Disconnect for non-payment of charges associated to Tampering"
• 2011-783: This Change Control appends to 2010-760 and 2010-761 to add codes for Light Emitting Diode and Wi-Fi to the 867_02 due to being inadvertently left out.
• 2011-784: Adding new Cancel Code of CMO Cancel Move Out to the 814_08 transaction. In the event the current day Move Out or Move Out to CSA is not Completed or Unexecuted by the TDSP within 4 Retail Business Days of the Move In being scheduled for the same SMRD as the MVO, ERCOT will send 814_08 (hard cancel) with the new cancel code CMO to cancel the Move Out or Move Out to CSA.
