ANTITRUST ADMONITION 

ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.

• Review of May 17,  2005 meeting notes and action items to be sure the agenda is complete.  

• OGRR's:
  • 168 -- Administrative Changes for June 2005 Operating Guides: Several PRRs have modified Protocol Sections that are referenced in the Operating Guides. This OGRR updates those references. This OGRR also updates the Load Shed table in Operating Guide Section 4.5.3.2 as required by Section 4.5.3.
  • 169 -- Reporting of Reserve Capability Under Severe Gas Curtailments:  Adds a requirement that Resources provide additional data describing their alternative fuel capability during the winter months.The additional data is necessary for determining the amount of MW that can be served from Resources in ERCOT in the event there is a severe weather condition that results in gas curtailments.  ERCOT requests urgency for this PRR to ensure that it is able to collect the data in time to develop and publish the Winter Report by November 1, 2005.

Action Items: 

• Storm Drill Training OGRR:  Steve Knapp currently writing OGRR requiring QSE participation in Drill.
• ECP Step 4 Load Shed Table Revision for 2005 effective date June 1, 2005. TF to confirm update to Operating Guide.
• Change OGRR process so an OGRR requires an impact analysis. Jeff Gilbertson to develop and submit description.
• Quick Start Test Form -- Placeholder in the Operating Guides by Jeff Gilbertson for PRR588.
• Discussion on OGRR154 (Generator Protection Requirements) for preparation for the Special OGRTF Meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2005.

New Business:

The next OGRTF Meeting will be on Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at the ERCOT Met Center, room 161 from 10:00 to 16:00.
