PENDING ISSUES

• I087:   Puct substantive rule §25.493 (e) states that ERCOT shall develop procedures to facilitate the expeditious transfer of large numbers of customers from one rep to another.
   o Review assumptions now that the Expedited Switch Rule has been approved
• I091:   CNP received 814_08 A95 cancels on several 814_26 transactions during Hurricane Ike activities.  ERCOT never received the 814_27s and after a month, ERCOT sent CNP an 814_08
   o Waiting on ERCOT to implement SIR
• I094:  Only 1 ignore loop in monthly meter read transactions causing information to be lost when a meter change occurs
   o Waiting on input from ERCOT as to whether they would be able to allow more than one ignore loop in the future
• I095:  Add a Priority Code 5 to identify Disconnect for Non Pay (DNP) and Reconnect for Non Pay (RNP) service request for pre pay customer for AMS meters
• I097:  Transaction Codes Related to Back-billed Tampering Charges
   o TDSPs to provide input

Expedited Switch Rule

Discuss market communications around Expedited Switch implementation.    

• What schedule is applied to on-cycle switches received on or before August 15, 2009?
  
• What schedule is applied to the new standard switch received by ERCOT on or after August 16, 2009, especially since the market will still use the current on-cycle data elements in the 814_01 transaction provided in the TX SET guide?
  
• What about cancellations of the new Standard Switch effective on or before August 16, 2009 (when/how)?
  
•  814_06 communicated to Losing CR when (reminder of timeline)?
  
• Valid Rescission IAG subtype process (new process approved today)
  
• Any other questions received by MPs/Texas SET members concerning the Expedite Switch process.
