ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, copies are available at the Client Relations desk. Please remember your ongoing obligation to comply with all applicable laws, including the antitrust laws.

NERC Activities:

• BAL-003 BA PFR Evaluation and Field Trial of 2011 events
• BAL-001-TRE Workshop on August 24 from 9:00 to 1:00 at the Met Center.  Final versions of standard, flow charts, Reference Document available on TRE website as part of the Aug 5^th RSC meeting agenda.  Evaluation spreadsheets are also available on the TRE web site.
• Resources Subcommittee seeking alternate people to support the RS, FWG, RWG and IWG.  Anyone can join the WG’s and participate in activities.  Need official back-up person for ERCOT RS position.
• Reliability Metrics Working Group: metric on Interconnection Frequency Response.  Deadline of Sept 1, 2011 to submit ERCOT Interconnection Frequency Response for 2009, 2010 and 2011 using standard measurement.
• RS meeting in San Antonio April 25 & 26, 2012.  (Back-up location)  Need to confirm meeting room availability if possible.
