1.  ERCOT (Dave M) was going to work on revising the original document to reduce the amount of information and to increase usability to the MITTF. 
2.  The original version will be retained by ERCOT and possibly posted to the TX SET webpage as a reference document table of what info exists in each TX SET transaction.

Point-to-Point Service Orders (Disconnect/Reconnect)

       I.  Disconnect for Non-Pay

·  2-day advanced notice period

· Action Item:  TDSPs are going to do initial internal assessments of creating an AMS pathway for DNP orders that would eliminate the need for 2 business days advanced notice.

· 3-day window to execute the order

· Action Item:  Christine W. is going to research whether the  Rules prohibit DNP on weekends or the day prior to a weekend.

    II.  Reconnect

· 2-hour reconnects for all AMS premises?

· Action Item:  TDSPs are going to discuss internally what their expected system performance is for AMS reconnects and improved timeline commitments such as the potential target of 2-hr reconnect between 6am and 11pm for all AMS premises on business days and potentially weekends too.

· Action Item:  Christine, REPs and TDSPs are all going to research their positions on whether the 2-day notice period can be eliminated (or reduced) for AMS premises without requiring a change to the TDSP tariff.

· Action Item:  ERCOT (Dave M.) to evaluate impacts to Stacking Rules of permitting a same-day or next-day switch. 

· Action Item:  Christine to evaluate how passionate the PUCT is about enabling same-day switching.
