ANTITRUST ADMONITION

ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for member of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.

  • Emailed item:  Again this flight ERCOT is experiencing NAESB outages during the flight test.  Concern about the stability of NAESB during flight 1005 since the past two flights have had several outage issues.
  • If NAESB is out at ERCOT or any MP, should TTPT endorse a plan/suggestion to send Flight 1005 transactions via email?

• When a switch of service provider is testing and production connectivity is complete, is it accurate to say that all production transactions going forward will be sent the new service provider.  A case was experienced where some 810 cancel/rebills were sent to the old service provider -- justification by TDSP was that the old service provider was the entity who received the original 810
