May 3, 2018 ROS Assignment:

Market Participants requested additional exploration of potential improvements to maintenance of the High-Impact Transmission Elements (HITEs) List as well potential for additional transparency in Outage scheduling with the intent of improving Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) auction modeling to prevent overselling capacity. Mr. Bern referred the item to the OCWG.
