Issues

·136: Include the 5 business day rule in the gray box under the S2 action code and if the R8 action   code could read customer requested MVO of the 650_04

·134: Non-CSA CR sends a MVO with the indicator for bypass CSA at ERCOT. Non CSA CR is not always the owner of the CSA, causing the ESI ID to become de-energized without CSA CRs knowledge.

- Continue discussions around a possible protocol change to Section 15

- Hold until Procedures guide changes are complete

-137 CR A sends a Move-In (SET 814_16) request that was executed and completed by CenterPoint Energy

-Note: CR A is the REP of Record for both the Previous Customer and Current (New MVI) Customer, therefore when MVI was completed it automatically forced a Move-Out on the Previous Customer’s account effective with the MVI date of the New MVI Customer

-CR A later sends a Move-Out (SET 814_24) request that was executed and completed by CenterPoint Energy for the scheduled date.

-CR A later contacts CNP to advice CNP that we should not have worked MVO because the MVO was for the Previous Customer and we should have known that because of the NAME field in the MVO transaction was the same NAME as the Previous Customer

7.

Other Business

·814-03 N1*8R and PER*IC segments What was the history around making these 2 mandatory?

-Discuss duplicate name issue we have in LCIS

-Review how REPs are interpreting TX SET guides

-What would be the ramifications if the PER~IC were Optional instead of Mandatory.
