Antitrust Admonition  

ERCOT strictly prohibits market participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws.  The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, subcommittees and working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each market participant attending ERCOT meetings.  If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, please send an email to Suzy Clifton at sclifton2@ercot.com to receive a copy.

• Concern has been raised by using the 01/09 date that data would have to be pulled this year and that since we are pushing the flight out using a date in Feb closer to the flight would be more feasible.

October Meeting

Oncor REP Relations Workshop will be in Dallas on October 11^th and 12^th.  The TXSET/MCT meeting for Oct was scheduled for Oct 12^th and 13^th. Oncor has asked leadership if the dates for our meeting could be moved and we agreed to do that.  This raises a couple of questions that need to be answered about the Oct meeting:

1. Do we need to have the Oct meeting? 
2. If yes, Oncor has offered to host at their offices: Do we want to move the meeting to Dallas?
3. Having this meeting strictly via Webex is also an option.
4. Do we need Thursday and Friday (half day)?
